Most projects begin within 1–4 weeks after you approve your proposal. Timing can vary depending on weather and material availability, but we keep you updated on your scheduled start date and timeline the entire way.

If we run into issues like wood rot, moisture damage, or failing trim while prepping, your project manager will go over the problem and your repair options before moving forward. Our team can typically handle these repairs right away so the project stays on track.

We offer a full 3-year workmanship warranty that covers premature paint failure on all eligible surfaces. Horizontal surfaces—like decks—aren’t included, and items outside the warranty period aren’t covered. If you ever need touch-ups outside the warranty, just let us know—we’re happy to help at a reasonable rate.

For interior work, please remove items from the walls and move furniture about 3 feet away from the areas we’ll be painting. Don’t worry—our crew can help move heavier pieces.
